Est-ce que ce spot LED chauffe beaucoup ?
Il fonctionne en technologie LED de 22 W : la chaleur dégagée reste bien inférieure à celle d'un spot halogène, et le corps en aluminium participe à sa dissipation. Le culot LED est intégré, il n'y a donc pas d'ampoule à remplacer.
Faut-il un transformateur pour ce spot sur rail ?
Non, il s'alimente directement sur le secteur en 220-240 V, 50 Hz. Il se pose sur un rail compatible, sans convertisseur externe.
Peut-on installer ce spot dans une salle de bain ?
Non, il est classé IP20, ce qui correspond aux pièces sèches comme le salon ou la cuisine. Pour une pièce humide, il faut un modèle avec un indice de protection plus élevé.
Which bulb should I choose for this light?
Lamp base for this model: LED. Choose an LED bulb: low energy use and a long lifespan (up to 25,000 h).
How many lumens do I need to light my room well?
Allow around 300 to 400 lumens per m² in a living area, a little less in a bedroom. This model is available in Warm White (2700 - 3500K). Ideally, combine several light sources.
At what height should a pendant light be hung?
Above a table: leave 75 to 85 cm between the tabletop and the bottom of the light. In a walkway: at least 2.10 m from the floor.
Do I need an electrician to install it?
Connecting to an existing light point is simple. If in doubt, or to add a new power supply, call an electrician.
