To light a room, a 15 W LED wall lamp, or a 40 W model in E27 base, does better than an 8 W version reserved for accents. Warm white 2700-3500K pairs with the living room and bedroom, cool white 4500-6500K is rather reserved for outdoors and entrances.

A soft cloth is enough: dry on metal and electrical parts, barely damp on glass and acrylic. Clean with the power off. On an IP20 model, never moisture or sprayed product; outdoors, an IP65 can be rinsed with a gentle jet. The fabric of a shade is brushed dry.

How to match styles, colours and materials of a design wall lamp?
