Black swing arm wall lamp, white linen lampshade Ø 50 cm | Elina

This black swing-arm wall lamp projects its white linen lampshade up to 145 cm from the wall, positioning it perfectly over a sofa, reading table, or headboard. Designed as a true jib-arm lamp, it provides soft, well-placed light without the need to drill into the ceiling or run recessed wiring.

The coarse-weave white linen lampshade (Ø 50 cm) diffuses the light, while its gold interior warms it with a cozy glow. The 1.70 m cable, equipped with an inline switch, plugs into a standard outlet: you gain designer accent lighting without any electrical work.

An adjustable swing arm from 115 to 145 cm

The arm consists of a 90 cm section extended by a 30 cm section, for a total adjustable reach of 115 to 145 cm and a height of 40 cm. This jib-arm wall lamp allows you to adjust the distance from the wall based on the depth of your sofa or bed. The tiltable E27 socket accepts an LED bulb up to 40 W, with dimming possible to adjust the ambiance.

• White linen lampshade Ø 50 x H 20 cm, gold interior that warms the light
• Black steel swing arm, adjustable reach 115-145 cm, height 40 cm
• Tiltable E27 socket, LED bulb ≤ 40 W, dimmer compatible
• 1.70 m cable with inline switch, plugs into an outlet

Installation

Attach the steel plate to the wall using the 4 screws provided (using anchors suitable for your wall type), clip the arm onto the plate, and plug the cable into a nearby outlet. It takes about fifteen minutes, with no electrician needed since power is supplied via the wall outlet.

Maintenance

Dust the linen lampshade with a soft brush or a dry microfiber cloth. Wipe the steel arm with a slightly damp cloth; do not use abrasive products. Turn off the power before replacing the bulb.

Which bulb for this wall lamp?

An E27 base bulb with a maximum of 40 W. Choose a warm white LED model (2700-3000 K) for ambient lighting that enhances the white linen and the gold interior of the lampshade; a dimmer allows you to modulate the intensity.

Is this lamp suitable as a reading light above a bed?

Yes. The swing arm places the lampshade 115-145 cm from the wall, ideally above a headboard or sofa. The downward-oriented beam provides light for reading without glare. This principle is available throughout our range of wall reading lights: the Liséa with its large steel arc and white linen shade captures this same spirit in a more compact Ø 30 cm format.

Can it be used as a wall lamp above a bed?

That is one of its favorite uses. As a bedside wall lamp, its swing arm positions the lampshade right where you need it for evening reading while keeping your nightstand clear. The downward-oriented beam remains soft and does not dazzle the person lying in bed.

Is recessed electrical wiring required?

No. The 1.70 m cable with a switch plugs into a standard outlet, requiring no channeling or electrician. If you are looking for an even more generous reach, the large Classy steel arc wall lamp and its Ø 50 cm linen shade dress up a living room, while the all-black Noctis reading light features the same arched silhouette in a more encompassing Ø 60 cm format.
