The Ropéa saucer rope pendant light features a lampshade made of braided natural rope with a flat, wide, and low saucer silhouette, suspended from a slim black cable. Light filters through the braiding to cast lovely patterns on the ceiling, warming up a living room or dining table with a bohemian spirit.
- Braided natural rope lampshade, saucer shape Ø 40 cm (height 16 cm)
- Black metal ceiling cup and frame, adjustable fabric cable from 25 to 150 cm
- E27 socket, 60 W maximum, 230 V, indoor use (IP20)
- Bulb not included, height adjustable at installation
Its saucer shape takes up very little vertical space: perfect over an island, a table, or in an entryway where you want warmth without cluttering the view. The natural beige of the rope complements light wood, linen, and the soft hues of a bohemian interior.
Installation
Ceiling mounting on a standard DCL box via the Ø 10 cm ceiling cup. The cable can be adjusted from 25 to 150 cm to set the height during installation; allow approximately 20 minutes. Turn off the power before proceeding.
Maintenance
Dust the braided rope with a duster or a dry microfiber cloth. Avoid water and abrasive products, which would mark the natural fiber.
Which bulb should you choose for a warm look?
Choose an E27 warm light bulb (2700 K), 60 W maximum. Warm white enhances the beige of the rope and casts beautiful braided shadows; cool white ruins the cozy effect.
At what height should it be installed above a table?
Allow 75 to 90 cm between the tabletop and the bottom of the lampshade. Its low height (16 cm) and large diameter (40 cm) diffuse a broad light without obstructing the guests.
Is the rope suitable for a kitchen?
Yes, in a dry indoor environment. Installed above an island or a dining area, it adds a natural touch; simply avoid direct exposure to steam or splashes (IP20 rating).
