A modern ceiling light with crystal pendants and cascading wavy rods: this round model dresses a living room or bedroom in a single gesture. Surface-mounted, it combines E14 and GU10 sockets and attaches to an existing electrical point, found in our ceiling light fixture.
What light does a modern crystal ceiling light give?
The crystal pendants and wavy rods overlap across several levels and spread a warm light that sparkles without dazzling. The silver finish reflects it: this modern ceiling light marks the ceiling instead of blending into it.
- Mix of E14 and GU10 sockets on the same fixture
- Surface mounting, fixed directly to the ceiling
- Protection rating IP20, dry rooms only
- A modern crystal ceiling light, silver finish, round shape
For another mood, the gold ceiling light with interwoven rings goes for gold, and the oval wicker ceiling light with a wavy edge plays on natural material. The modern ceiling lights selection gathers more of them.
Where to install a round ceiling light 100 cm in diameter?
This fixture measures 100 cm in diameter and 85 cm in height: it needs a room that breathes and a ceiling high enough to walk under the cascade. A modern living room ceiling light goes in the centre, like most living room ceiling lights of this size.
- Suitable rooms: living room and bedroom
- Indoors only, IP20 fears moisture
- Reserve for dry rooms
- 85 cm in height to check before buying
The round ceiling lights also cover more compact formats.
How to install and care for this ceiling fixture?
Surface mounting fixes directly to the ceiling, on the existing electrical point, and this large model is easier to fit with two people. A modern bedroom ceiling light like this one is dusted with a soft cloth, without rubbing the crystals.
- Check the electrical point on the ceiling
- Switch off the power before any work
- Gentle, regular dusting of the pendants
- CE certification and 2-year warranty
Other bedroom ceiling lights go for a lighter volume. The connection is detailed step by step in our guide to wiring a ceiling light safely.
