This modern and contemporary style IP44 LED globe ceiling light combines a 120 cm metal bar with a glass sphere. Along with all our LED ceiling lights, it features surface mounting and covers 27 to 54 m² in a living room or dining room.
What kind of light does this LED ceiling light give in the living room?
The glass sphere lets the light through instead of concentrating it at a single point: a living room dining room ceiling light provides overall illumination without harsh shadows. On an LED ceiling light, the bulb (not included) determines the colour temperature.
- 15 W, E27 socket
- Bulb not included, to be supplied
- Dimmer compatible, dimmable bulb required
- 27 to 54 m² covered
Where should an IP44 ceiling light like this one be installed?
The IP44 rating allows this ceiling light above a table or under a sheltered canopy. A dining room LED ceiling light of this size stays flat against the ceiling and resists water splashes, but not immersion.
- Canopy, terrace: outdoor and terrace lighting
- Living room, office, bedroom and dining room
- Surface mounting, no housing required
- Mains 220-240 V, 50 Hz
White or black: how to match it to the room?
The white version blends into a light-coloured ceiling, while the black version highlights the bar and central globe against a white wall. For a modern dining room ceiling light, this contrast matters more than the wall colour.
- White or black, only two colours
- Metal and glass in both cases
- Compare with: Gold ceiling light with interwoven rings and LED lighting

How do you install and maintain this metal and glass light fixture?
The rectangular backplate is fixed to the ceiling, then the body of the fixture goes on top: with the power off, it is a standard surface mounting. A soft cloth is enough for the metal and the glass sphere, as with other glass light fixtures.
- Surface mounting, mains power supply
- Check the fixing before fitting the body
- 2 years warranty
- Wiring a ceiling light: safe installation, step by step
