Adjustable arched wall lamp, black and gold linen lampshade | Doréa

The Doréa adjustable arc wall lamp dresses up a living room, bedroom, or reading nook wall with a large, elegant black curve. This designer living room wall lamp in an arc shape adds a graphic touch without taking up floor space. Its black linen lampshade with a gold lining diffuses warm, soft light, enhanced by the golden reflections inside. The arc's reach is adjustable from 130 to 175 cm: the light shines exactly where you need it, without needing to drill into the ceiling.

An arc wall lamp that adjusts to your needs

• Offset arc adjustable from 130 to 175 cm — bring the lampshade closer to or further from the wall to illuminate a sofa, bed, or reading chair
• Tiltable head on an E27 socket — direct the beam toward your book or the wall for ambient lighting
• Black linen lampshade & gold lining (Ø 30 × H 18 cm) — soft light by day, warm golden halo once switched on
• Switch on the cord (200 cm) — light at your fingertips, no need to touch the outlet

The matte black metal base attaches to the wall with a discreet mounting plate. Its clean lines make it a modern living room wall lamp, right at home in a contemporary interior as well as in a reading nook. E27 socket (1 bulb, 40 W max): choose a warm white LED to reveal the golden lining and create a cozy atmosphere above the sofa or headboard.

How to install your arc wall lamp

The Doréa lamp attaches to the wall via its mounting plate (screws and wall plugs provided). Secure the plate, slide in the arc base, adjust the offset between 130 and 175 cm, then place the linen lampshade on the E27 socket and screw in your bulb. Plug it in: the switch on the 200 cm cord controls the lighting. Place it behind a sofa or next to the bed for a functional wall-mounted reading light.

How to care for the linen lampshade

Dust the black metal arc and the linen lampshade with a soft, dry cloth, or a soft-bristled brush for the fabric. Avoid water and abrasive products on the linen. Always disconnect the power before changing the bulb. Always keep it powered off.

Adjustable arc wall lamp: frequently asked questions

Is the inside of the lampshade really gold?

Yes, the lampshade is black linen on the outside with a gold lining on the inside. Once the lamp is on, the gold reflects a warm and enveloping light, very different from a classic black lampshade.

Which bulb should I use for this wall lamp?

An E27 base bulb, 40 W maximum, not included. A warm white E27 LED is ideal: it reveals the golden lining and remains energy-efficient for reading or ambient light usage.

Can the reach of the arc be adjusted?

Yes: the offset of the arc can be adjusted from 130 to 175 cm and the head tilts. You can position the light above the sofa, bed, or armchair without ceiling installation.

Is it suitable for use above a sofa or a bed?

Absolutely: that is its primary purpose. The large curve passes over the furniture and the lampshade hangs over the seating area or headboard for an elegant, adjustable wall-mounted reading light.

Is this a swiveling wall lamp?

Yes: it is a true swiveling wall lamp. The arc arm offsets from 130 to 175 cm and the head tilts to direct the beam toward a book or the wall depending on the time of day.

In the same spirit, the LuxLumina reading wall lamp carries on the reading theme with an articulated arm, while the Kira headboard model sits next to the bed for adjustable bedside lighting. To extend the golden touch in a more minimalist style, the Éclat Doré contemporary wall lamp remains a beautiful alternative.
