IP44 bathroom pendant: is metal suitable?

Our metal pendants are IP20-rated, designed for dry rooms: living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, or hallways. A bathroom requires a minimum IP44 rating in areas near water, which this collection does not offer. Reserve these models for rooms sheltered from steam and splashes.

The IP20 rating protects against solid objects larger than 12 mm but not against the ambient humidity of a bathroom. For passageways, pendants in a hallway offer compact sizes (generally 17-35 cm). For the bedroom, bedroom pendants gather formats suitable for low ceilings. To decorate above the living room, 40-52 cm diameters are generally suitable.
