A 3-light oval ceiling fixture with an opal diffuser, contemporary style, designed for a living room, kitchen or hallway. Three E27 sockets, a surface-mounted installation and an IP20 rating: it lights the ceiling without weighing it down.
What kind of light does a 3-light ceiling fixture with an opal diffuser give?
On this 3-light ceiling fixture, the three E27 sockets are spread along its length and the opal diffuser hides the bulbs: the light is continuous instead of drawing three spots. The model appears in our ceiling light fixture collection, with bulbs not included.
- 3 E27 sockets, 3 x 15W maximum
- bulbs not included, shade of your choice
- opal diffuser that softens the output
- wattage chosen to suit the room
Where should this oval ceiling fixture go in the home?
A 50 cm oval shape lines up above a table, where a dining room ceiling fixture looks most right. It also suits hallway and entryway ceiling fixtures, in a dry room, thanks to its IP20 rating.
- a versatile living room and dining room ceiling fixture
- elsewhere, hallway lighting suits it well
- understated style, close to contemporary style lighting
- see also the Équilibre Luminex oval white ring ceiling fixture
Should you choose it in white or in black and white?
Just two finishes: a White that blends into a light ceiling, and a White and Black whose dark frame makes the diffuser stand out. Glass and steel carry the structure, plastic completes the elements, and you can compare with glass lighting.
- available finishes: White, White and Black
- frame to match switches and taps
- dark version: black ceiling fixtures
- to compare with the Scintilla Sky gold ring ceiling fixture
How do you install this surface-mounted ceiling fixture?
The mounting is surface-mounted: the fixture is fixed under the ceiling to a 230 V supply, with the power off. CE certified and guaranteed for 2 years; also worth a look, in a different register, is the Lumière Zenith curved arm industrial ceiling fixture.
- surface-mounted, 230 V voltage
- switch off the circuit breaker before any work
- dimensions: 7.5 cm, 11 cm and 50 cm
