Ceiling Light Fixture | Bambusa

The bamboo living room ceiling light combines natural bamboo weaving with a black and beige metal frame. In a living room or dining room, it filters the light from an E27 bulb and casts soft shadows on the walls.

Why does a bamboo living room ceiling light change the light?

The weaving lets light through while fragmenting it, which creates enveloping illumination rather than a flat halo. The black and beige metal frame holds the sphere without making it look heavy.

• Woven bamboo and metal, sphere shape 40 cm in diameter
• E27 bulb not included, 40 W max, LED compatible
• No built-in dimmer, but can be controlled by an external dimmer with a dimmable bulb
• 2-year warranty, CE certified

Which rooms suit this sphere ceiling light?

With its 40 cm diameter, it works just as well above a seating area as over a dining table, in the centre of a bedroom or in a hallway. Keep some distance between the bulb and the eyes to avoid glare.

• Intended rooms: living room, dining room, bedroom, hallway, toilet
• IP20: dry rooms only, not for bathrooms
• Electrical class 1, earth connection by a professional
• Delivered assembled, to be fixed to the ceiling

How do you care for a bamboo ceiling light?

Dust the bamboo with a dry soft cloth or a soft-bristled brush. Avoid any wet product: the IP20 rating does not protect against moisture.

• Dust before fitting the bulb
• Bamboo and metal are cleaned dry, without water
• For dry rooms only
