Arc floor lamp for living room | Arcona

The black arc floor lamp with a cylindrical shade carries its light above a sofa or a table without cluttering the floor. The arm tilts, the flat 35 cm base slides under furniture, and this model from the living room floor lamp range lights exactly where you read.

What kind of light does an arc floor lamp give above a table?

The arc brings the shade above the tabletop, so the light falls on the table instead of going behind the reader's back. The white interior reflects the glow downward: a dining room floor lamp should light the plate, not the ceiling.

• E27 socket, 40 W maximum
• Bulb not included, LED compatible
• Shade Ø40 x 25 cm, white interior
• The full range: all arc floor lamps

How do you place it between the living room and the dining room?

The flat 35 cm base slides under a sofa or against the wall and keeps the passage between the two rooms clear. A dining room arc floor lamp sits the same way near the sideboard, with 200 cm of cable to reach the socket.

• Intended rooms: living room, dining room, bedroom, study
• Flat base 35 cm in diameter
• 200 cm cable, freestanding assembly
• Floor lamp installation height depending on the room

What difference does an adjustable, tilting arm make day to day?

On this arc floor lamp, you tilt the shade toward the coffee table to read, then straighten it to light the room without glare. The adjustment is made at the metal joint between the curved arm and the support.

• Adjustable and tilting arm
• On/off switch on the cord
• Not dimmable, external dimmer with a dimmable bulb
• Fabric shade Ø40 x 25 cm

How do you match this black light fixture in a contemporary living room?

The matte black metal and the fabric shade form a understated silhouette that pairs with a velvet sofa or a living wall. An arc floor lamp for the living room is chosen above all for the vertical line it draws in a slightly empty room.

• Metal structure, fabric shade
• Single black finish
• Contemporary style, IP20, class II, CE
• 2-year warranty; see the black floor lamps

For another silhouette, see the arc floor lamp with cylindrical shade and curved structure. The golden ball floor lamp with opal sphere and tripod base goes for the sphere rather than the arc.
