This cylindrical gold tube wall light with a white diffuser casts two beams of light, upwards and downwards, without getting in the way. It is installed as a wall light in a bedroom, hallway or stairwell, with a GU10 socket.
What kind of light does this tube wall light give off?
The light comes out from the top and the bottom, creating two beams on the wall instead of a centred halo. The result depends on the GU10 bulb screwed into it, to be compared with the LED sphere wall light with curved arm, which directs the light differently.
- GU10 socket, bulb to be chosen separately
- Power of 10 W per light point
- Mains supply 220-240 V 50 Hz
- Gold aluminium body, Ø 5.6 cm, depth 7 cm
Where to install an indoor wall light like this one?
Its shallow projection and dual light make it ideal for a hallway, entrance or bedroom, without taking up any floor space. In a separate WC, it works as a bathroom wall light, but the IP20 rating means it must stay outside the shower zone.
- Bedroom, living room, hallway, staircase, entrance, WC
- 5-year warranty, wall mounting
- Bathroom lighting for a separate WC
- Hallway wall light for circulation areas
How many wall lights should you plan along a staircase or hallway?
In an indoor staircase, a wall light is repeated at each change of level to keep a regular rhythm. This tube wall light shines upwards and downwards, highlighting the steps without glare.
- Align the wall lights at the same height
- Plan for the mains supply on the wall
- To be compared with the Gold double globe wall light in opal glass
