Lampshade | Livnorano

The white conical chintz fabric lampshade dresses a bedside lamp, a floor lamp or a pendant with an E27 socket. Its taut fabric filters the light over 30 cm in diameter and 18 cm in height, among all our lampshades.

What light does a white fabric lampshade give?

The taut chintz fabric filters the light and spreads it around the room, which prevents glare when the lamp rises to eye level. White does not tint the light, and the same material appears in our fabric lampshades.

• Taut fabric, translucent against the light.
• White colourway, a single model sold.
• E27 socket, LED bulb possible.
• IP20, for dry rooms only.

Which lamp or pendant should it go on?

With 30 cm in diameter and 18 cm in height, this lampshade suits a table lamp, a bedside lamp or a floor lamp. Its E27 socket also opens up the pendant, and the overall look reads well on the black arc LED floor lamp with gold inner shade.

• Standard E27 socket.
• Listed dimensions: 30 cm, 25 cm and 18 cm.
• Accent light or ambient light.
• IP20, indoor use only, CE certified.

How do you bring this white into a living room or bedroom?

Plain white sits easily on light wood as on a dark wall, and it pairs well with other white lampshades. It also matches an amber glass globe lamp shade for a warm and cool pairing.

• Sets off a coloured or gold base.
• Same material family as a pleated pendant.
• Suits a bedroom as well as a living room.
• Sold alone, without socket or bulb.

How do you clean the fabric without damaging it?

The taut fabric is dusted dry, without any liquid product that would mark the seam at the top edge. For a set stain, the steps are detailed in our guide to cleaning a fabric lampshade.

• Dust dry with a soft brush.
• Never immerse, the hemmed seam stays fragile.
• Switch off and let cool before handling.
• 2-year warranty, excluding fabric wear.
