SENKEI A pendant light

Design description

The SENKEI A lamp is a proposal where contemporary minimalism meets a futuristic aesthetic inspired by the modernist era. Its flat, elongated silhouette recalls the dynamic lines of mid-20th-century modernist villa roofs, such as those designed by Le Corbusier, where geometry was subordinate to light, function, and spatial harmony. The lamp's form, seemingly simple, is a conscious nod to the architectural rigor and technological optimism of an era that, on one hand, valued constructive clarity, and on the other, dreamed of a future of interplanetary travel.

The name "Senkei" comes from Japanese and means "lines" or "contours," which perfectly captures the essence of this luminaire: a form guided with precision, devoid of superfluous ornaments, yet carrying a strong and assertive visual message.

Lamp components and functionality

The lamp body is made of metal in colors from the UMMO palette: white RAL 9003, black RAL 9005, blood orange RAL 2002, olive RAL 6013, giving it a fresh and unique character. The lamp is equipped with an integrated LED light source with a power of 19.2W, available in two color temperatures: 3000K or 4000K. This allows the lighting to be adapted to individual needs and preferences. The dimensions of the lamp are: 80 x 15.4 x 5 cm. It is suspended by thin steel cables, which further emphasizes its light and refined character. The total suspension length is 150 cm, allowing it to be used in various spaces.

Application and IP20 protection class

Thanks to its IP20 protection class, the SENKEI A lamp is intended for use in dry rooms, such as living rooms, dining rooms, elegant offices, hotels, restaurants, or spaces above kitchen islands. Its modern design makes it fit perfectly into interiors decorated in a minimalist, Scandinavian, or industrial style.

Sleek design and unique character

Each SENKEI A lamp is made to order, ensuring its uniqueness and high-quality craftsmanship. It is a proposal for those who appreciate an individual approach to design and the precision of artisanal manufacturing.

Thanks to the combination of classic forms and modern details, SENKEI A is an excellent choice for those looking for exceptional lighting for their interior. We invite you to purchase it and discover light from an entirely new perspective, that of the UMMO design world.
