A velvet lampshade that warms up the room
The blue velvet catches the light, creating a rich texture that is warmer than smooth fabric. Combined with its silver interior, this velvet chandelier casts a soft halo, ideal for a cozy living room, bedroom, or dining room. Installation and height adjustment
The pendant light connects directly to the ceiling using a standard junction box. The height is adjusted during installation, between 30 and 145 cm: the drop can be adapted to your ceiling height and intended use (lower it over a table, raise it in a reading nook). Turn off the power before starting; if in doubt, contact an electrician.
Velvet and lampshade maintenance
Dust the velvet lampshade with a soft, dry cloth or a soft-bristled brush, following the direction of the fabric. Avoid water and cleaning products that might mark the velvet. The silver interior should also be dry-cleaned. Always disconnect the power supply before working on the light fixture.
What is the exact color of the velvet?
The velvet is a deep petrol blue: a bold, warm blue that is neither turquoise nor midnight blue. Its silver lining brightens the light diffused downwards.
Which bulb should I choose for this velvet pendant light?
An E27 base bulb, 40 W maximum (not included). To adjust the brightness, choose a dimmable bulb controlled by an external wall dimmer.
What are the dimensions and the adjustable height?
The lampshade measures Ø 50 cm and is 20 cm high. The total drop length can be adjusted from 30 to 145 cm during installation. IP20 rating (dry indoor use), insulation class 2, 2-year warranty.
