Living room floor lamp | Arcade

This living room reading floor lamp pairs an adjustable and tilting arm with a stable 35 cm base: it lights the book, not the room. Its black metal crosses styles and its E27 socket takes the LED bulb of your choice.

Why choose a living room reading floor lamp with an adjustable arm?

The light runs to the page rather than the wall, and the bulb not included lets you choose the white tone and power, up to 40 W in E27. For a wider halo, the arc floor lamp with cylindrical shade lights the whole sofa.

• Adjustable and tilting arm, set by hand
• LED compatible, E27 socket
• On/off switch on the cord
• No built-in dimmer, external dimmer possible

Where to place this floor lamp in the living room or bedroom?

In a living room, a reading floor lamp is chosen first for the direction of its beam, and it stands on the floor near an armchair. The 200 cm cable reaches the outlet without an extension cord, and the guide at what height to place your floor lamp helps set it right.

• 35 cm diameter base, stable on the floor
• 200 cm cable
• IP20, dry indoor use only
• Metal and steel, modern style

How to set it up and plug it in without surprises?

Delivered partially assembled, this living room reading floor lamp stands on the floor with no wall fixing or drilling; other models are shown in the living room floor lamps. The switch is on the cord, within reach; compare with the three-shade velvet floor lamp, more diffuse.

• Freestanding assembly, no wall fixing
• Delivered partially assembled
• E27 socket, bulb not included, 40 W max
• Electrical class 2, CE certified

How to care for a black steel floor lamp?

The metal and steel structure is dusted dry with a soft cloth, like most metal floor lamps. An abrasive product would mark the black finish, as with the other black floor lamps in the catalogue.

• Soft, dry cloth
• No abrasive cleaner
• Check the base is tight
• Power off before any handling
