Outdoor light fixture | Kop B IP44

This modern wall light with two opal glass globes stacked on a metal stem completes an outdoor light fixture in a sheltered spot and also works in a hallway. It lights 11 to 22 m² and is dimmable.

What kind of light does this modern wall light give?

The two opal glass globes soften the light at face height without glare. That is why you choose a modern wall light rather than a directional spotlight.

• Two opal glass globes, metal stem and backplate
• G9 socket, bulbs not included
• Dimmable depending on dimmer and bulbs
• Similar option: Gold opal glass double globe ball wall light

Allow 12 W in LED to cover a hallway or entrance, with a dimmer to lower the brightness in the evening.

Where to place an outdoor wall light like this one?

The IP44 rating and metal structure suit it to a sheltered outdoor area: under a canopy, a terrace outdoor wall light gets little direct water, which is enough for it. It screws to the wall like any outdoor wall light and also fits in a hallway.

• Covered terrace, entrance, hallway, bedroom, living room
• IP44: resistant to water splashes
• Wall mounting, mains power
• Another option: Curved arm LED sphere wall light

White or black: which finish to choose?

White blends into a light wall and stays discreet: a white wall light works as well on a pale facade as in a bright hallway. Black outlines the stem and globes like a graphic line, close to our black wall light.

• Colour White or Black
• Metal and glass, minimalist modern style
• Tube shape, L 15 cm x D 23 cm x H 50 cm
• CE certified, 2-year warranty

How to install it and keep its globes spotless?

The round backplate screws to the wall, then the stem holds the two globes: mark the height before drilling, the light hangs down 50 cm. Our guide explains at what height to install a wall light depending on the room.

• Wall fixing on round backplate
• 23 cm projection to check before drilling
• Gentle cleaning of the opal glass, no abrasives

Does this wall light use a lot of power?

An outdoor LED wall light of this size stays efficient: 12 W stated, which is modest for two globes. Actual consumption depends on the G9 bulbs chosen, since they are not included.

• LED technology, 12 W
• G9 socket, bulbs required
• Voltage AC 220-240 V 50 Hz
• Dimmable with compatible dimmer
