Chic gold velvet wall lamp, adjustable steel arc Ø 50 cm | Elegant Classy

The Elegant Classy chic wall lamp dresses up the living room or bedroom wall with a long brushed steel arch featuring, at its extension, a golden velvet drum lampshade (Ø 50 cm) with a silver interior. The velvet captures the light and reflects it in a warm, muted halo, hotel-suite style: a luxury wall lamp that sets the tone for a room. The reach is adjustable from 115 to 145 cm: the golden velvet wall lamp can be positioned directly above the sofa, bed, or reading chair, providing the look of an arched floor lamp without taking up floor space.

• Golden velvet drum lampshade Ø 50 cm: reflective silver interior, warm and enveloping light for a refined ambiance.
• Long brushed steel arch, adjustable reach 115 to 145 cm: bring light above seating or the bed, with no base on the floor or side table needed.
• Adjustable, dimmable E27 socket: vary the intensity with a dimmable LED bulb and an external dimmer (bulb not included, ≤ 40 W).
• Switch on cable: lighting at your fingertips, 170 cm cord to reach the outlet.

Installing the wall lamp

Installation of this chic wall lamp is done on the wall: fix the base plate and the vertical arm using the supplied screws (see the assembly diagram), clip on the long arch, then place the golden velvet lampshade on the E27 socket. Then, adjust the reach of the arch between 115 and 145 cm to center the lighting above your sofa or headboard. Screw in an E27 LED bulb, plug in the 170 cm cord, and control the lamp via the switch. For a hotel-chic finish, choose a warm white LED (2700-3000 K) combined with a dimmer.

Care

Dust the golden velvet lampshade with a soft brush or the brush attachment of a vacuum cleaner, with the lamp turned off and cooled, so as not to crush the velvet fibers. The brushed steel arch can be wiped with a slightly damp microfiber cloth, without abrasive products that would mark the finish. The velvet will regain its appearance by running your hand in the direction of the fibers.

Does this arched wall lamp replace a floor lamp?

Yes. With its adjustable reach of 115 to 145 cm, the chic wall lamp brings light above the sofa or bed exactly like an arched floor lamp, but without a floor base or trailing cable. If you like this sculptural gesture above the seating, the Modern Radiant Ball Arch wall lamp also plays with the enveloping curve in a more graphic spirit. Ideal in living rooms and bedrooms where you want an elegant reading corner without sacrificing floor space.

Is the golden velvet lamp compatible with a dimmer?

Yes, the E27 socket is dimmable provided you use a dimmable LED bulb and an external dimmer (not included). You can thus go from bright light for reading to muted, golden light for a cozy evening. For a true reading corner, the Vory luxury hotel-spirit wall reading light offers an adjustable arm that directs the beam right onto the book, in the same muted and refined style.

What dimensions should I plan for this golden velvet wall lamp?

The golden velvet lampshade measures Ø 50 cm and 20 cm high, and the arch deploys from 115 to 145 cm in reach with a drop of approximately 40 cm. It is a large-sized wall lamp, designed for clear walls above a sofa or bed: ensure this clearance between the wall and the center of the seating so that the lampshade is positioned above the area to be lit.

Is this gold lamp suitable for a contemporary living room?

Yes. Its brushed steel arch and golden-reflective velvet lampshade make it a true gold wall lamp—warm and sophisticated—that suits both a contemporary living room and a cozy bedroom. The gold hue warms up light walls as well as darker settings, and the large format provides a strong presence without cluttering the decor. To further enhance the jewelry effect, the high-end Radiant Gold model features an even more precious gold finish.
