How do I choose the right light output?
Allow about 100 to 300 lumens per m²: about 150 lm/m² for a living room, about 350 for a kitchen. Each product page lists the lumens.
At what height should the light be installed?
Above a table: 70-85 cm from the tabletop; in a walkway: at least 2.10 m of clearance below the bulb.
What type of bulb?
Usually E27 or E14, sometimes GU10. Specified on each product page.
Compatible with LEDs and dimmers?
Yes, in most cases; for use with a dimmer, look for the “dimmable” mention.

Spot dimmable propose des spots encastrés ou en saillie dont l'intensité peut être ajustée avec un variateur. Les finitions noires ou blanches et les têtes orientables permettent de moduler la lumière dans un salon, une cuisine ou une chambre. Certains modèles conviennent à des environnements humides.
Avant de poser, vérifiez que le variateur mural est compatible avec le type d'ampoule du spot. Pour obtenir un éclairage d'accent, dirigez le faisceau vers un tableau ou un mur texturé, puis réglez l'intensité au minimum nécessaire.
