Faut-il un transformateur pour ce spot LED encastrable ?
Non. Ce spot s'alimente directement en 220-240 V 50 Hz sur le secteur : aucun transformateur 12 V n'est nécessaire, il se raccorde comme un point lumineux classique.
Peut-on installer ce spot dans une salle de bain ?
Il est annoncé IP65, ce qui le protège de la poussière et des projections d'eau, et il est prévu pour le salon et le couloir. Dans une pièce humide, on le place hors de portée directe du jet de douche.
Faut-il changer l'ampoule de ce spot au plafond ?
Non, la source est une LED intégrée (culot LED) : il n'y a pas d'ampoule à remplacer. Si un point cesse d'éclairer après la mise hors tension, le problème se cherche côté alimentation ou variateur.
Ce spot fonctionne-t-il avec un variateur ?
Oui, il est dimmable. Pour éviter tout scintillement en position basse, on choisit un variateur compatible LED et on évite de mélanger plusieurs modèles de spots LED sur la même commande.
