Green bedroom reading wall lamp, velvet & articulated steel arm | Verda

The Verda reading wall light mounts to the wall near a bed or armchair and features an articulated brushed steel arm to direct light exactly onto your book. This adjustable bedroom wall lamp diffuses soft light through its green velvet lampshade with a silver lining, which can be dimmed using its integrated dimmer without you having to get up.

Installation

Wall mounting via the included base plate (2 screws). Connection for E27 socket (bulb not included, 40 W max); a warm white LED bulb is suitable and stays cool above the bed. The dimmer is built into the base plate: no smart bulb required. The two joints are adjusted by hand.

Maintenance

Dust the velvet lampshade with a soft brush or dry microfiber cloth. Wipe the steel arm with a barely damp cloth, without abrasives.

Is this a good reading light for a headboard?

Yes: mounted on either side of the bed frame, it replaces the bedside lamp and clears up space on your nightstand. Its 90 cm articulated arm and adjustable head direct the beam precisely onto your reading material without dazzling your partner.

Can the light be adjusted?

Yes, the integrated dimmer continuously adjusts the intensity, from soft warm white to full reading brightness.

What decor does it pair with?

The green velvet and brushed steel complement the light wood and cream tones of a contemporary bedroom.

To dress up both sides of the bed, browse our selection of bedroom wall lights: the Lumière Agile rotating wall light features the same adjustable head for directing the beam onto the page, the Glass Sphere model provides a soft, enveloping glow above the nightstand, and the Water Drop Luminous Cascade creates a cozy atmosphere perfect for reading evenings.
