Installing the adjustable wall lamp

The Orély wall lamp attaches to the wall via its steel plate (15 × 9 cm, screws and wall plugs included). Allow about fifteen minutes: attach the plate, clip on the articulated arm, and connect the provided cord to a 220-240 V outlet — no wall wiring is necessary thanks to the included plug. Then, adjust the orientation of the arm and the tilt of the head before inserting your E27 bulb.

Maintenance

Wipe the brushed steel arm and head with a slightly damp microfiber cloth, with the light off and cooled, following the direction of the grain to preserve the finish. Avoid abrasive products. The E27 bulb is easily replaced by unscrewing the adjustable head.

Does this lamp really work as a reading light?

No, the E27 socket accepts the bulb of your choice (not included). For a comfortable and warm reading light, opt for a warm white 2700-3000 K LED bulb, preferably dimmable to take full advantage of the integrated dimmer.

Can it be installed without cutting into the wall?

Yes. The lamp is delivered with a cord and plug: you simply screw it to the wall and plug it into an existing outlet. No recessed electrical work is required, making it ideal for rentals or quick installation.
